This place is an ace! Welcome to Branson on the Links, a meticulously kept property that sits right on the greens. The home is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet retreat to come home to after a day of adventure in Branson.

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen allowing direct sightlines across the main floor. The living room has ample seating and a smart TV. The couch doubles as a sleeper if needed.

A sweet bonus of this home is the enclosed sunroom with lounge furniture, a dining table, and an incredible view of the fairway and a running brook. This space is ideal for dining al fresco, reading a book, or having a good old-fashioned family game night.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are all available for your convenience. The extended counter allows for additional prep space or an ideal area to serve up some drinks and Hors d'oeuvres and let your fellow guests gather. Steps away, more formal dining can be enjoyed at a dining table for 6.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 Queen sofa sleepers in the living room and Sun Room.
Each room is equipped with King-sized beds and attached en-suites. The rooms also highlight vaulted ceilings, TVs, and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- This is a walk-up unit, stairs ARE required.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

The home is 3 miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 7-miles away, is a 61-acre amusem*nt park with an 1880’s theme.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

1. Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
2. A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
3. This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
4. Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
5. Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
7. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
8. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
9. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
10. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

My ONLY negative thing to say about this property and the host/management is that I think the listing needs to mention that there is a full flight of stairs to get to the entrance. I was told “walk-up”, which to me means no stairs. Just a little more specifics would be beneficial. Otherwise, this property is exceptional! Very clean, comfortable beds (except sofa beds, but when are they), plenty of towels and extra bedding and blankets, lots of dishes to use in kitchen. Our host, Chris, was absolutely amazing and quick to respond to our inquiries and FYI’s (bulb in fridge was out, but we didn’t really need it). One of our guests accidentally broke the coffee carafe, and when we asked where we could go to replace it, he just brought us a new coffee maker. The view of the golf course is beautiful, and the sunroom is awesome to sit in with your morning coffee. Note to those with mobility issues… there IS a step-in shower in the shared bathroom on the main level. Check-in and check-out were very simple. We all really enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The view was amazing and the patio room was a favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I would suggest leaving instructions for the thermostat but we figured it out eventually. The only thing I would add for people to know is the property name is Fairways Condominiums not Branson on the Links. Our gps didnt take us quite there so it was confusing to find at first. Would love to stay here again!

check in was easy, communication was flawless, the property was slightly older but extremely clean, very spacious, everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The coffee maker was missing a piece to be able to function and the owner sent over a new coffee maker same day!!!

Everything was wonderful. We loved having a bath for each bedroom and plenty of room to lounge around and visit. The sunroom and view is fabulous. The condo was immaculate and we loved the decor. We will return and stay here again!

Plenty of space. Great views. Clean and a great location and easy distance to everything.

We loved this condo! The location was great and the property was well kept. It was very convienent that all bedrooms have there own bathroom.

The thermostat was programmed to go up to 78 degrees after 6 hours. We constantly had to reset it to 70. The control was unusual, and took awhile to figure out. I would recommend going to a standard thermostat, set it to the desired temp for the time of year, and put a lock box on it.

Had a A/C issue the first evening there, staff had a quick response and fixed the problem immediately.

The place was very spacious and clean. All of us slept comfortably and had a great time playing games when we were not out. Definitely recommend

This was a very nice property, very close to the strip but far enough off the main road to feel secluded and quiet. Right on the golf course was a huge plus for us. Very clean and spacious accommodations

We had a great time staying at this property with grand welcome. Chris the co-owner was wonderful with communication, answering all our questions and ensuring our stay went smoothly. The location was perfect as it is close to a lot of attractions. I definitely recommend this place.
