Then I am told by @chasesupport that I can access my funds from the branch after being told that it’s impossible for days now! I have never received such ill treatment and neglect from any institution in my life. This is the worst bank ever!

@ChaseSupport Chase Bank is absolutely awful when it comes to a son trying to help his mother with her banking while she is in the hospital with COVID. The call center left me hanging for 55 minutes and had no idea what they were doing.

@ChaseSupport because of this restriction, I haven’t been able to buy groceries, go to school and attend important classes. I have t been able to move! All they can say is please be patient. **** that. I got so upset the day I missed an important exam that I cried!
